Data Centre Migration Project
The DC Strategy has been drafted and our client is ready to draft the
DC Relocation RFP (moving from Cork to Dublin). In order to progress,
they have identified a gap for a technical SME with experience in DC
relocation and DC relocation RFPs.
Site visits will be required to Cork/Dublin, but significant amount of
remote working will be enabled also.
The proposed Technical SME would be the link between Group IT and the
Procurement leads.
The scope of works for the Technical PM include (but are not limited
to):
Draft the RFP requirements document based on the information contained
in the DC Strategy paper.

agreed criteria (which should marry up to the requirements doc)
The SME would act as an evaluator of the vendor submissions
Be available to attend down-selected vendor presentations
Provide guidance and advice on the on-going project from a technical
SME perspective
Possibly assist on contract negotiations from an SME perspective -
advise on any additional clauses required that are not currently
covered in the MSA template.
